Workshop & Product Refund Policy
Our Philosophy
We are committed to providing the highest quality, expert-led training. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to you, our customer, while protecting the value of our products and services.
This policy is divided into two parts:
- Live Workshops (
AI Pro Class Premium,Code Interview Accelerator, etc.) - Pre-Recorded Courses & Digital Products (On-demand courses, downloadable e-books, etc.)
Section 1: Live Workshop Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our live training. If you attend a full live workshop (either the 90-minute “AI Results Masterclass” or the 4-hour “Premium” / “Accelerator” workshops) and are not satisfied with the content and value provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee, you must:
- Attend the entire duration of the live workshop.
- Contact us at support@technav.pro within 7 days of the workshop’s completion to request your refund.
Section 2: Live Workshop Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
When you purchase a workshop, you are reserving a “seat” in a limited-capacity live event. This seat is then unavailable for other students.
- Cancellations 7 Days (or More) Before the Workshop:You are eligible for a full 100% refund to your original method of payment. Please contact us at support@technav.pro to process your cancellation.
- Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Workshop:You are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive a 100% credit of your purchase price. This credit can be applied to any future workshop of the same value within the next 12 months.
- Same-Day Cancellations or “No-Shows”:If you do not attend your scheduled workshop or cancel on the same day, you are not eligible for a refund or a credit. The seat was held for you and can no longer be filled.
Section 3: Pre-Recorded Courses & Digital Products
This policy covers any “on-demand” or “evergreen” courses, pre-recorded trainings, and other digital products where you get immediate access to all materials upon purchase.
Due to the immediate, full access provided to this intellectual property, we have a 14-day “Action-Based” Guarantee instead of a no-questions-asked refund.
We are confident that if you do the work, you will get value. This policy is designed to give you a chance to prove the course isn’t for you, while protecting us from digital “shoplifting.”
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us at support@technav.pro within 14 days of your purchase.
- Provide proof that you have put the material into practice. This proof must include, for example, your completed worksheets from the first 2-3 modules or other proof of work as outlined in the course.
We cannot grant refunds for a “change of mind” or for a failure to access or download the product. If you do not provide proof of action, your refund will be denied. All sales are final after 14 days.
Section 4: Downloadable Materials (Accompanying Live Workshops)
Your live workshop purchase may include access to downloadable digital materials, such as PDFs, templates, or recordings. These digital files are considered part of the workshop service and are non-refundable on their own. Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 1) applies to the live training experience, not the accompanying digital files.
Section 5: Sale Items & “Founding Member” Pricing
If you purchased a workshop or product during a sale or with a “Founding Member” discount, any refund issued (per the terms in Section 1 or 3) will be for the price you paid, not the full, non-discounted price.
Section 6: Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@technav.pro
